Fitness is a massive part of my life. With Crossfit I found that I can take my fitness to all new level that I couldn’t achieve before.
I have changed my life for better by following crossfit’s methods of training and lifestyle. I like a style of training that is based around performance and function that is also achievable outside of the gym environment. Physical Training should develop the mental determination, functional strength, mobility and endurance needed for optimal performance in sport and in life.
My goal is to work towards competing at an international level. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2008.
Learning and teaching health and physical education is what I enjoy doing!

I have been part of the Health and Fitness industry for over 10 years, and have coached and trained kids, mums and dads, through to accomplished athletes.
I have helped countless clients and members of the of community build a healthier and happier lifestyle and reach their maximum potential by either inspiring, motivating, guiding, coaching and mentoring them.
I am so blessed that my profession is not just a job but my passion. If a coach’s clients are not testing the limits of his or her knowledge, he or she is not doing a good enough job with them.
CrossFit started as a hobby to increase my own fitness level and slowly grew into something that I am extremely passionate about. I am so excited to be able to provide a facility so others can experience and flourish in a environment that is non-threatening and supportive.
